Using this site.
svrn.app is run by AVNT AB, a Swedish company (company number 559375-7056) ("SVRN", "we"). By using the site, its free tools or its guides, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What SVRN is.
Right now, svrn.app has free tools, guides and a waitlist. The SVRN game is not open yet. When it opens, it may have its own terms, and we will show them before you sign up or pay.
General information, not advice.
Everything on SVRN is general information. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and it does not create an adviser and client relationship.
Rules on visas, tax, banks and companies change, and they depend on your own facts. Before you act, check the official source we link to, or ask a qualified adviser. Read the full disclaimer.
Facts and dates.
Each fact on SVRN shows the date we last checked it against an official source. We re-check facts on a schedule. Even so, a rule can change between checks, so we cannot promise every fact is current on the day you read it.

The free tools.
Our tools, like the Schengen calculator, do the maths on the dates and choices you enter. The result is only as good as what you put in. Border guards and government offices make the final call, not our tools.
The tools are free and come as they are. We may change or remove them at any time.
Links to other sites.
We link to official sources and to other services. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do. Check their own terms and privacy policies.
Some links may be referral links. If we earn a fee when you sign up, we say so next to the link. It does not change what we recommend.
Fair use.
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site,
- copy the site's content or data in bulk, by hand or with a scraper,
- sign other people up to the waitlist without asking them.
Our liability.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on SVRN, from using the tools, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
Which law applies.
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
